Arica's Gone Country-Manteca CA

So this is me in action! Ha-Ha!! I feel kinda silly but I got some photos of me doing what I love and thought it was kinda cool so thought I would share! (photo credit to Angel Salas on my iPhone) We did this shoot just for fun for Arica and practice for me, and I'm very pleased with result. Arica works the camera and the camera just loves her!

Special shout out to my sister in-law Ayleeng for getting us access to this lovely ranch and horse AND a thank you to the family that let us on their property and surprised us by pulling out the horse and everything!!

Me trying to instruct a posing pro….

Below a 'FEW' favorite's of this gorgeous girl! Stay tuned for our next shoot!

Arica- San Francisco Embarcadero

I wanted to share these photos before I got too busy with holiday shoots. This young lady is my beautiful god daughter & niece Arica. We went into the city one day "just cuz" and did a few photos of her.

She's such a natural right? Let me tell you how natural she is, there is almost no post processing on these photographs. Other than a little fun with  color, I did pretty much …..nothing.

I always have a good time taking pictures of people but it's especially fun taking pictures of my own family!

We have another shoot coming up soon, I'm thinking something country???

Diana & Rob Maternity - Palace of Fine Arts SF

Every girl should be lucky enough to find a man who looks at them the way Rob looks at Diana.

I had the pleasure of shooting a maternity shoot for Diana and Rob on a pretty perfect Saturday afternoon in San Francisco at the Palace of Fine Arts. At first I wasn't sure how a maternity shoot would turn out in a place full of stone, I guess I envisioned some place a little bit softer; but it actually worked out pretty nice! I'm very happy out how these photos turned out I hope you enjoy them as well.

Wishing the very best to this young couple! Many blessings to them!

I look forward to a newborn shoot with Tatiana…COMING SOON!

Castaneda Family-Black & White

As I was flpping through these photographs that I took I had the sudden urge to do them all in black and white, which is the first time I had ever done that. I really like the way they turned out.

This very young family are the Castandeda's we recently got together at their home for a little wine snacks and a mini shoot. It was a lot of fun, especially since I got to hold a brand new baby for a little while which is always fun! Babies are pretty difficult for me to photograph which is why I try and get all the practice I could, but I think little Nicholas and I did pretty darn good! Oh, mom and dad did well too.... :)

Galindo Family-Candlestick Park, San Francisco CA

It was a pleasure photographing this young family. This shoot was a little unusual for me since I had to bring my kids with me because my husband was on yet another fishing trip. But I was lucky that Daniela and Edwin didn’t mind and so we met at Candlestick Park and toured the surrounding area trying to get the best shots possible. Unfortunately we were not able to get inside the fence due to security measures but I think we did well considering the restrictions we had…..

It was pretty cool doing this shoot, most families do the beach or the park but this family was awesome, they wanted to represent their team and themselves and were decked out in ‘9er gear’. As soon as they drove up I completely understood why they decided on this location. If there ever was a family who represented for the Red & Gold the Galindo family was it. Edwin and Daniela it was very nice meeting you all and shooting you and your sweet little man!
